What is PAMM, and how does ChartLegacy use it?

PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) is an investment system where multiple investors’ funds are pooled into one master trading account and managed by a professional trader. At ChartLegacy, we trade the master account using a strictly controlled risk strategy while each investor retains full ownership of their capital through the broker.

Do I need to send money directly to ChartLegacy?

No. You do not send money to ChartLegacy. Your funds remain in your personal trading account with a regulated broker and are only linked to our master trading account through the PAMM system. ChartLegacy only has trading rights, not withdrawal rights.

How does ChartLegacy make money?

We earn a performance fee of 25% on profits only. If there is no profit made in a given period, we do not earn any fee.

Is my investment guaranteed?

No. Forex trading involves risk, and profits are not guaranteed. However, we manage risk strictly by limiting each trade to a maximum of 1% risk and maintaining a maximum drawdown limit of 20% on investor capital.

What is the expected return on investment (ROI)?

ChartLegacy targets a conservative annual return of 15% – 20%. Some months may be profitable, some may be flat or negative. Performance is measured over the long term, not monthly.

What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment amount depends on the broker’s PAMM requirements. Generally, investments start from $250 and above.

Can I withdraw my money anytime?

There is a minimum capital lock-in period of 30 days. After this period, withdrawals can be requested once per month at the end of each trading cycle. Early withdrawals may attract a 10% penalty fee.

How often do you trade?

We focus on high-probability setups, not frequent trading. Trade frequency may vary from week to week based on market conditions. There is no fixed number of trades per day or week.

How can I monitor my investment performance?

All trading activity is tracked and verified through Myfxbook or the broker’s investor dashboard, and investors receive a monthly performance report that includes profit/loss, drawdown, and trade statistics.

Who manages the trading account?

In the event of a drawdown, our strategy reduces position size and increases selectivity to protect capital and recover responsibly. The maximum permitted drawdown is 20% of investor capital.

Is ChartLegacy regulated?

ChartLegacy operates as a private forex fund management brand using the broker’s PAMM infrastructure. While we are not a government bank or hedge fund, we follow strict internal compliance and transparency standards.
